Most meditation teaching jumps straight to advanced stuff - posture, breathing techniques, hand positions.
It's like trying to play a symphony with an orchestra when you can't even play a scale!
We start slowly.
When you're building a new capability, you can only focus on one thing at a time. First, learn to observe your thoughts. Everything else comes later.
That's it. Everything else is optional.
Your analytical brain is perfect for this: you already know how to observe systems, notice patterns, and track processes.
And if you're a bit of a nerd? You're already a hyperfocus master.
You just don't know you can choose what to hyperfocus on. That's exactly what we're developing - conscious choice over where your attention goes.
I won't list the benefits of meditation — you know it's good. Instead. of that, I'll give you a taste of one of my meditations so you can get to know my style.
Sit or lie down however you're comfortable, and just listen to my voice, it will guide you.

I have tried meditation countless times. I failed every time.
How was I supposed to achieve a 'mindless state' when I couldn't silence my mind? The instructions made no sense. I gave up.
Then I was diagnosed with clinical depression. I knew I had to figure this out if I didn't want to stay ill forever...
I tried meditation again. I failed again.
I got really angry — as angry as you can get with clinical depression — and booked a trip to India to train as a meditation teacher.
Yes, that's me — always overthinking and overcomplicating everything!
But guess what? It worked!
My teacher has a PhD in philosophy, in addition to being a meditation master. He helped me understand exactly how I was overcomplicating my approach, and which fundamental elements were missing from every meditation technique I had tried before. I finally got it.
I'm here to guide you, so you won't need to go to India and spend 100 hours to become a meditation teacher.

This growing meditation library will be updated with new audio files. Currently, the plan is to create a collection of at least 17 audio files. Some will have background music and audio time hints. You only need to pay once, and this gives you access to all future additions.
