I see patterns others miss. Here's what I've discovered about protecting my mental health that might be useful for you.

Do you say yes to requests you don't want to do, then feel trapped and angry at yourself for agreeing?

You're constantly interrupted at work, can't focus, then work late to catch up on what you should have finished during the day.

Family members dump their problems on you repeatedly. You listen, try to help, but feel drained and resentful afterward.

Do you avoid difficult conversations, hope problems resolve themselves, but tensions keep building?

These aren't character flaws or time management issues! 

 They're missing boundary systems - and boundary systems can be built.

In  this training we'll explore together:

  • What boundaries has to do with mental health
  • What boundaries really are (spoiler: not walls)
  • Why your current system leaks energy
  • Early warning systems for boundary violations

THE JOURNEY

8 live Zoom sessions - held TWICE daily to fit your schedule:
13:00 CET** (perfect for lunch break)
19:00 CET** (after work hours)

You can attend either session - or both if you want double exposure to the content.

We start on August18 and finish on August 27, 2025 (Mo-Fr +Mo-We).
Each session is 40-45 minutes long (max 60 if we're really engaged).
Limited to 12 people per session for maximum personal attention.

  • 5 min: Check-in and focus setting. Ask your questions here!         
  • 10-15 min: my introduction to the topic & answers to your questions
  • 15-20 min: Hands-on practice - You'll immediately apply what you learned through exercises and real scenario work in small groups
  • 5 min: Key insight capture

I'm experimenting with accessibility. Not everyone can make 13:00, not everyone can make 19:00. Rather than exclude people based on schedule, I'm offering both. You can attend either session - or both if you want deeper immersion. Each group will be different because your questions shape the content.

This is my experiment in momentum-based learning. Most online training happens weekly, which means you lose momentum between sessions and forget what you learned. I believe you can create significant change with light, focused content delivered consistently.

The Goal: Keep the content light enough to fit into your day, frequent enough to maintain momentum, practical enough to create real change.

The Reality: You're busy. You want results without huge time investment. This format is designed for people who want systematic change without disrupting their entire schedule. This is an experiment we're running together. Your feedback will help me understand how people actually learn and implement boundary skills in real life.

Why I'm qualified:

* 20 years in tech, lots of failures, and hard-won lessons about what actually works

* worked 4 years as tech trainer, certified executive coach, and trained team coach - plus workshops and talks at conferences
