Weekly Impact Review

A systematic weekly practice to recognise, track, and steer your influence patterns. Great if you want measurable progress in leadership.

You know that sinking feeling when your thoughtful solution gets shot down in a meeting?
When your logical recommendation meets inexplicable resistance?
When you can optimize system performance to 99.9% uptime, but you can't get buy-in for the resources you need?

Here is something that nobody mentions: Your technical skills got you this far. Your influence skills determine how much further you go.

Here is something that nobody mentions:

Your technical skills got you this far. Your influence skills determine how much further you go.

You can't debug what you can't see

You track everything that matters to performance:   server response times, code efficiency metrics, system bottlenecks, user behaviour analytics...

But when it comes to YOUR influence? You're flying blind.

? Why did that stakeholder suddenly go quiet?
? Why does Team A always implement your suggestions while Team B ignores them?
? Why do some meetings end with clear next steps while others just... fall apart?

You have zero visibility into your most critical performance metric: how effective you are.

Here's what happens if you don't focus on your impact:

  • You keep repeating the same communication mistakes
  • You wonder why some people "just don't get it"
  • Your brilliant ideas die in meeting rooms
  • You get passed over for leadership roles
  • You watch less qualified people advance because they're "better with people"

Kris Corbus

I see patterns others miss in how analytical minds can thrive instead of just survive.

Why I'm qualified:

* 20 years in tech, lots of failures, and hard-won lessons about what actually works

* worked 4 years as tech trainer, certified executive coach, and trained team coach - plus workshops and talks at conferences

* had to learn resilience and sustainable work style after my own breakdown - still learning, but meditation was the game-changer I didn't expect

* recent conference ratings: 6.33/7 - probably because I share untypical viewpoints and work collaboratively with participants

My approach:

Direct and human-centered. I help rational doings (beings) understand emotional intelligence, leadership and change through examples, metaphors and dialogue.

Do you want to achieve your goals with intention or by accident?
