About this leadership thing
Here's what disturbs me about mainstream leadership messaging: it assumes you HAVE to be a leader without asking what leadership means to YOU or whether you even want that role. It paints leaders as heroes carrying unnecessary pressure.

My perspective is different:
Everyone who takes full responsibility for themselves and their impact on others is a leader. That way, leadership has nothing to do with managing teams or fancy titles.
Real leadership starts with authentically knowing who you are, what you stand for, and how you show up in the world. If you're my kind of leader, you don't want to be told how to lead.
You're continually learning about yourself - maybe exploring how your communication lands with others, or understanding why certain situations trigger you. You also know that sometimes only someone outside your bubble can point you to your blindspots - the patterns too close for you to see.
That's where I come in. I help analytical leaders spot the invisible patterns undermining their effectiveness, so they can show up authentically and create the impact they're truly capable of.

I chose tech because I wanted to solve big technical problems.
But in 20 years of working in tech, I had exactly 1 big technical problem and... 17 million tiny, but complex human problems. At some point I couldn't ignore that anymore, so I decided to learn to deal with people problems. Now I help other leaders deal with them too.

After 20 years in tech - from development to QA management to training - I realized that most problems aren't technical. They're human. And they follow predictable patterns. The thing is, when you're living inside a pattern, you can't see it.
That's where I come in. I work with analytical leaders who know something's off but can't put their finger on what. They want practical solutions that work, not feel-good theories that sound nice but don't change anything.
My background:
Originally from Latvia, now based in Germany. Certified executive coach, team dynamics specialist, conference speaker. I've made plenty of mistakes, learned what works, and now help others spot what they're missing. I'm direct, I don't do small talk, and I focus on things that create real change.
